WEST CAPE MAY, N.J. - Someone is spinning quite a yarn over one New Jersey shore town.
An unknown person dubbed The Midnight Knitter by West Cape May residents is covering tree branches and lamp poles with little sweaters under cover of darkness. Mayor Pam Kaithern says police are looking into the guerrilla needlework, which technically is against the law because it is being done on public property without permission.
The mayor and many residents admit they’re enthralled by the rainbow of colours that has popped up.
Resident Susan Longacre takes a walk each morning in Wilbraham Park, where several tree branches and light poles have gotten the treatment. She thinks it’s great.
Even those who aren’t thrilled admit the yarn is better than spray-painted graffiti.

So here’s a little insight to why i’m even starting this blog. I don’t know if anyone else is stuck in a situation like mine but for sure write me back and let me know if you are i’d love to hear from you.
Anyways so last year I was in my first year of college and loving the freedom of living in a city! But I soon figured out that I was going to school only to escape the restraints of my rural roots and hated the program I was taking.
So I skipped every class and started going out partying with random strangers all night and got caught up in the fast life of the city.
I decided that this year I would leave behind my cheating abusive boyfriend (best choice by far!!!), the nights of drinking and dancing and the freedom of living on my own to focus on what I actually want to study… nursing!
So I went back to high school (highly embarrassing by the way) to upgrade classes to become the nurse I always wanted to be.
However i’m now stuck in this little dead beat town, working at a wal-mart for people that I hate for much less money that desired, and saving to take a level of nursing that is below what I want to take simply because I can’t pull off an acceptable ( which means 80% here people) in one necessary class.
I don’t have any of my own friends here because they are all off doing amazing things with their lives in provinces and countries far from me. I do however have my new amazing boyfriend and his friends and sister but they aren’t mine if you know what I mean. If anything were to happen between my bf and I, well I would have no one on my side.
Frankly i’m very lonely here and find it hard to confide in most people that i’m surrounded by.
So (what was supposed to be a short story is now basically an epic) i’m planning on laying all of my thoughts and feelings on you people… Yup complete strangers!
This song makes me so happy!
